• All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class.
• All A4 and A3 International orders are sent by Tracked Delivery.
• All A2 International orders are sent by DPD.
• A2 prints are shipped in tubes, to prevent the print from folding or being damaged. 
• We aim to dispatch A4 & A3 orders within 3-4 working days and 5-7 working days for A2 prints.
  
  If you do have an international order, you may have to pay custom fees before this can get delivered to you. This is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs. Please note also, if you order from EU it is also your responsibility to pay any VAT and customs charges when this arrives in your country - this is under the new tax laws.

All images are unique and printed to order just for you. As a result of this, I am unable to accept refunds once an order has been placed. If a print arrives damaged, please get in touch with proof of damage and I will replace or refund your item. 

Please note that if your paper is bent during transit it does not mean the print is damaged. I advise rolling the print back the opposite way after receiving it to make it straight before framing.
